I like to make burgers for my family and when the opportunity arises, for an entire event.
At this recent simcha, as usual I did not hold back.
Here's my recipe for the best burgers using ground beef from my farm:
1. Take the ground beef, grind up a bunch of salt, pepper, and onions and mix it all together.
2. Add in some locally made olive oil from my friend’s farm (you can use any kind of olive oil but I like to get it from the source).
3. My personal trick to shape the burgers and keep them from falling apart: Shape them while they are cold and put them back in the fridge to stay cool.
Take them out when the grills are ready and you'll see they won't stick together and will be super, super, yummy!
